Proper Planing to Meet the Target Budget
The Mindoka Project Manager (MDK-PM) delivers a straight-forward interface for tracking the status of ongoing projects. The web-based software provides the tools necessary to properly plan and budget current and future projects. Users can define a project's start date, target end date, and target budget. Projects can be broken up into component tasks and staff can be assigned to each task. Entire projects or even individual tasks can be monitored to ensure that they proceed on-time and on-budget.
